It's been awhile since we've talked about Blood Awakens. I've been so wrapped up in working on my new Reaper series, and finishing edits for Puppets Dream that I've been doing very little with the books that have already been published.
One thing that's been in the works though is a collaboration with A Glint of Mischief podcast.
For those who haven't heard of A Glint of Mischief before, it's pretty spectacular. Every week the podcast highlights a different independently (indie) published book and reads the first chapter for their listeners. It's a great way for readers to get to test-out a book before actually committing to buying it, and it's a great way for authors to reach new readers!
Yesterday, Blood Awakens was the indie book of choice on the podcast—one of the coolest Mother's Day gifts I've received yet.
