As you all know, my cover reveal for Soul of the Crow happened yesterday. If you follow me on Instagram, then you saw that we made a HUGE event out of it (with the help of Book of Matches Media). In total, I think we had something like 40 Bookstagrammers hyping up my book-baby on Instagram!
I'm still riding the wave of excitement and awe from some of these posts. Check them out below:
Seeing all of their photos with my book in the feed was just...it was surreal! Some of their posts got hundreds of likes, which means HUNDREDS of eyes got to see a book that I've poured my heart and soul into—ha! Get it? Soul, as in the book title 😂 Ahem...but I digress.
In addition to all of the fabulous Bookstagrammers who helped spread the news, one blog in particular also shone the spotlight on SotC!
Functionally Fictional hosted our cover reveal on their blog, and it was beautiful! In case you didn't know, the blogger who runs Functionally Fictional, Cait Marie, is also an author! Her debut novel, The Lost Legends just came out a couple of months ago, so if you missed it, make sure to check it out! Mostly, I just wanted to write this post to say thank you to everyone who made yesterday so special, to the bloggers and bookstagrammers, to the fabulous Amanda Steele who runs Book of Matches Media, to my colleagues and friends who gave my posts some love, to the readers and fans who preordered their copies—I was glowing all day yesterday and I can't thank you enough! <3
