Storybound Fest: Canceled 😭
The organizers announced a couple of weeks ago that they were canceling Storybound due to a lack of funding.
I am quite saddened by the news, as I'm sure you are too, but I am hopeful that we will be able to meet in person another time soon! Speaking of...
If there is a bookish event in your area that you want me to come to LET ME KNOW! 😊 I am very excited to start doing author events, and I'll look into any relevant ones you tell me about!

Release Schedule Update
Are you ready for bad news #2? 😬
Remember last month when I said that plotting Death & Wicked Monsters was literally draining the life force from my body?
Well, it has continued to be the most challenging book I've ever plotted! Most books take me about 15 hours to figure out the flow of chapters; this one is approaching 30 already—and counting! I can't tell you how many times I've scrapped entire CHUNKS of this book! And I know it'll be for the best in the end, but it has been so exhausting, to say the least... I just miss writing!
Fortunately, the end is in sight! Buuuut it's going to take me a little while longer...longer than I have left until this book was supposed to release.
Unfortunately, Amazon will no longer let me push back the release date, and they have revoked my ability to set up preorders for a year (due to pushing this book back twice already), so I will have to cancel this preorder and re-post it once the book is ready. 🥲
Even more unfortunately, since I have other books on preorder with deadlines rapidly approaching, I will be setting this book aside to work on those projects in hopes that I won't miss those deadlines as well.
If you're someone who has been eagerly awaiting the release of Death & Wicked Monsters, I am truly truly sorry to have to make you wait even longer... Please believe me when I say that I've been busting my butt to get this book out to you. But with only a month left until release, I just don't have enough time to finish drafting, writing, and editing it in a way that would do Charlotte, Malachi, Halira, and Ryven justice.
Thank you for loving these characters as much as I do. I promise the wait will be worth it 💕
